In the Words of Our Patients:

“This place is amazing, the staff is friendly, they do everything they can to make sure that you get the help that you need. The doctors are very personable and in tune, and they provide very comprehensive help. I got help signing up for insurance, they got me in as soon as possible. I mean, if there were 10 stars I’d give this place a ten star review.”

Proud Member of Health Choice Care ACO

HICHC is proud to be a part of the Health Choice Care Accountable Care Organization (ACO). This reflects our commitment to ensuring that our Medicare patients receive the highest quality care and outcomes.

ACOs are groups of doctors, hospitals, and other health care providers, who come together voluntarily to give coordinated high-quality care to the Medicare patients they serve. Coordinated care helps ensure that patients, especially the chronically ill, get the right care at the right time, with the goal of avoiding unnecessary duplication of services and preventing medical errors.
